  • How to lock and unlock your Kia in Kia Connect App?​

    • How to Lock your Kia.

      To lock the doors, first open the app.
      Click on the Lock icon and enter the Kia Connect PIN.
      The doors will now lock themselves.

    • How to Unlock your Kia.

      To unlock the doors, first open the app.
      Click on the Unlock icon, and you’ll get a confirmation.
      The doors are now unlocked.

  • How to check the status of your Kia in the Kia Connect App?​

    • Step 1.

      In the lower menu bar, click Status.​

    • Step 2.

      On this page, you can check the range, charge status, and other information.

    • Step 3.

      On Others, you can see the status of various vehicle sections.​

    • Step 4.

      Monthly Vehicle Report shows how long your vehicle has been driven.

  • How to send location to your Kia in Kia Connect App?​

    • Step 1.

      In the lower bar menu, click on Map. Click on the upper search bar. Type the address of your choice and confirm.​

    • Step 2.

      A pop-up window will appear. Click on Send to car.

    • Step 3.

      The entered address will appear on your car display.
      Click on Set as Destination.

  • How to start or stop the charging process remotely with Kia Connect App?​​

    • Step 1.

      Tap on Remote on the lower menu bar.​

    • Step 2.

      Now, click on Start Charging with the ​charging cable plugged in.​

    • Step 3.

      If you want to stop charging, press Stop Charging.

  • Remotely change Climate control settings (& charging schedule)​

    • Step 1.

      Click on Remote on the lower bar menu.​

    • Step 2.

      Here, you can use the climate control immediately or click on Defrost & Heating for more options.​

    • Step 3.

      To activate the charging schedule, click on Set Schedule. Here, the scheduled climate control can also be set.​

    • Step 4.

      To confirm your configurations, click on Save.
