You can purchase your Fleet Management System subscription directly through your Kia dealer or by contacting our customer support team.
Once registered, you’ll receive an invitation to the Kia Business Solutions Portal, where you can complete your setup.

  • How to Purchase

    • Step 1. Fleet Manager is ​invited to Kia Business Solutions Portal

      ✓By purchasing your Kia vehicle, you will receive an invitation to the Kia Business Solutions Portal

    • Step 2. Access Services & Subscriptions Page

      ✓User navigates to the Services & Subscriptions section within the B2B portal.
      ✓Page displays all services, subscription details, and renewal options for the customer.

    • Step 3. Package Selection

      ✓Select the most suitable package according to your organization’s operational needs.

    • Step 4. Enter Payment Information

      ✓User provides billing and payment details to complete the subscription process.

    • Step 5. Receive Confirmation Email

      ✓ System sends a confirmation email and summary of the subscription details

    • Step 2. Vehicle Selection
