Kia Connect Accessibility Statement

Kia Connect is committed to making its branded websites accessible, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act.

Access to all is one of the high priorities for Kia and it strives to ensure all users with different abilities are able to interact and consume the digital content for their specific needs.

This accessibility statement applies to websites for all the regions in Europe.

Accessibility is at the heart of our digital product development process

We understand that Accessibility is not just a requirement but very essential for people with different abilities and helpful for all. It is not just a checklist item to be ticked. But something close to our heart and part of everything we do to build accessible digital products.

Our Website follows the EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to address full integration of the standards.

Certain sections of this Website may not yet conform in full to established accessibility standards. These areas remain subject to review and alignment with applicable accessibility requirements, and will be made accessible in due course.

  • - Some sections of the pages are not fully keyboard accessible

  • - Some images do not have good alternative text

  • - Some PDF documents are not fully accessible

  • - Some elements on the pages have insufficient colour contrast

  • - Resizable text – text resizing functionality may not perform consistently across all content and browsers

  • - Proper heading structure – page headings may not always follow a logical or semantic order, which can impact screen reader navigation

  • - Accessible forms and buttons – some form fields and interactive elements may lack proper labels or focus indicators, making them less usable for assistive technologies

This statement will be revised upon the completion of full integration.
