Step 1.
On your car display Kia Connect > Kia Connect Settings > Modem Information.
Step 2.
Download Kia Connect app. Open, click Create Account, and fill in personal data.
Step 3.
On the app, Select a Vehicle > Add.
Step 4.
Select QR Code Scan scan the display with your phone.
On the car display, Click Yes.
Enter the code displayed on the car display into the app, and click Add Vehicle.
Step 1: Have both smart keys and a smartphone in the car.
Step 2: Start the car, put it in park, and open the app.
Step 3: A pop-up window will appear. Click Add (or More > Digital Vehicle Key) and select Register Digital Vehicle Key.
Step 4: You’ll be redirected to Apple/Samsung/Google Wallet. Follow their instructions.
Step 1: Have both smart keys and a smartphone in the car.
Step 2: Start the car and put it in (P).
Step 3: In the Digital Key email, click the appropriate URL link for your device. You’ll be taken to your smartphone’s wallet.
Step 4: On your car display, select Setup > Vehicle > Digital Key > Smartphone Key. Click Save to pair your Kia Digital Key.

Step 2: Start the car and put it in (P).
Step 3: On the car display, select Setup > Vehicle
> Digital Key > Smartphone Key. Click Save to pair your Kia Digital Key.
Step 4: Once the pairing starts, you’ll need an Activation Code. Enter the code from the Digital Key email and repeat steps (3) (4).
